Returns & Refunds

At H.AB LUXURY we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

14-day returns. You may return an item within 14 days from the day you receive your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and with all included accessories.

How to return. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return and send you the return instructions.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within up to 14 business days.

Return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Exceptions. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
