Can I return my watch?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the watch is unworn and in its original packaging. Read our full Returns & Refunds policy.

Do the automatic watches need a battery?

No. Automatic (self-winding) watches are powered by the movement of your wrist. If you do not wear the watch for a while, simply wind it gently by the crown or give it a few shakes to start it again.

Are the watches water resistant?

Water resistance differs from model to model. Please check the description on each product page for the exact rating.

What is 925 sterling silver?

925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver mixed with other metals for strength. It is the international standard for fine silver jewelry and is marked "925". Many of our pieces are also plated with 18K or 14K gold or rhodium for extra shine.

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone with brilliance and fire that rival a diamond. It is extremely hard (9.25 on the Mohs scale, right after diamond), so it is made to be worn every day.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering or exercising, and avoid perfume and lotions on the metal. Clean it gently with a soft cloth and store each piece separately in a dry place.
