We want you to love your watch. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method.
